Color ThrowDown #138

Here's the card I made for this weeks' Color ThrowDown.

I've been wanting to play a lot more with this stamp set, but with trying to get cards finished for PC's submission calls, I haven't had much time. I am trying to grow my relationship with this set. I think it is amazing and has so many possibilities, and I am just hoping to create some amazing cards with it.

Gonna keep this short as I just have a few precious minutes....Kellan is sleeping and I have about a half hour before the 3 other boys are out of school and my quiet house turns into chaos!

Thanks for stopping by and have a beautiful day!

Color Throwdown #127

I decided this year I was going to stamp because it brings me joy.

I decided to take the pressure off myself to feel like I have to post all the time. I wanted to get back to the roots of why I first began stamping and why I began blogging my creations - because it brought me happiness, and I wanted to share my joy and my creations with others.

With that said it has been a while since I have participated in some of the challenges that I have had a lot of fun playing along with. The Color Throwdown being one of them. So here's a card I made for this weeks color challenge!

Here's the color palate I was given:

A quick Birthday Color Throwdown

This is post #2 for today....keep on going to see the card I made for Tracy's Sketchy Thursday!
I made this card.....and in my mind before it hit paper, was fabulous. Now that I look at it in reality, I think it was better in my head! Oh, well! I had wanted to use some new stamps that I got this week, and so it atleast served that purpose!!! It did come together really quick, which is sometimes nice if ya have to make a card in a hurry!
Loved these colors....I think I migt try to make some more cards this weekend using this color pallete!

Gonna keep this short....gotta go make dinner for the fam!

Thanks for stopping by!

Color Throwdown #74

It has to have been like months since I've participated in a Color Throwdown Challenge. But I saw these colors, and they really ingrigued me, so I stamped. Yay me! I don't think I've made a card in like 3 weeks maybe? Way too long! Kinda rusty, but I guess it will do! I'm gonna have to practice a bit more since I have card class to teach next week, and an order on it's way with a whole bunch of yummy new stamps and things to play with!
Well, I'm gonna keep it short today, hope all is well with everyone!

Thanks for stopping by!
