A New Color Challenge for Me

Hi!

I can't remember the last time I stayed up until almost 1am stamping!

Yay for me! Whoo Hoo!

I have been prepping for my card class, creating some new cards, and blog hopping, and I came across this color challenge!Aren't these colors so much fun?

I had to use Modern Basics from PTI, as I am forming a love/hate relationship with it. I love what other people do with this stamp set, and hate what I do with this stamp set. I'm working on this.

Well, I gave it a whirl tonight, and here it is, world!

Sorry the picture isn't that great, but I had to take it inside since, well, it is going on the middle of the night!

ETA: As I was about to publish this post, our Internet went out, and I have been without it for a couple of days........so it is not the middle of the night as I am posting this......but oh well! Plus it gave me the chance to snap a picture of this card outside....so that's a plus!

Thanks for stopping by and have a beautiful day!

I think you've done great with this set! Those red leaves are a perfect accent to your sentiment. Don't give up on it, I want to see more!

Ooo! I LOVE how you've framed your sentiment with both stamping and bling! I'm also lovin' that striped panel across the bottom! Thanks so much for playing along with our Color Cue this month! So glad you found us and hope you'll join us again and again!

I agree! You've done an amazing job with both the stamp set and the color combo. Really, really love the way you've incorporated the sentiment into the design.

Thanks for playing along with us!
