Papertrey Think Big Challenge

Here is a card I made for Papertrey Ink's Think Big Challenge. The challenge was to make a card with something REALLY big or oversized as the focal point of the card in honor of a new set they are releasing of sentiments in a really large font. Super fun.

So I decided to make a really big party hat on this card!
